Follow the rhythm

This page guides the sit to stand exercise with audio. The patient starts in a sitting position. After you press start, he/she should stand and sit. Make sure that

The subject nose is just below the green line when sitting
The subject nose is just above the red line when standing

If not, you can move the camera and or the subject.
You can also change the position of green and red line using the mouse: left click on the picture to set the current height for the green line, right click twice for the red line.
Try to follow the tempo given by the sound
